Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Washington Moving Experts. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Quotes & Estimates
All quotes are based on the information provided and may change depending on scope, access, or added services.
Any changes will be communicated prior to billing.
2. Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled move may incur a cancellation fee.
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice when possible.
3. Liability & Damages
Our movers are trained to handle your belongings with care.
We are not responsible for damage to items not packed by our team, items with pre-existing damage, or improper packing.
Valuables (e.g. jewelry, cash, irreplaceable heirlooms) should be transported by the client directly.
4. Access & Safety
You are responsible for providing clear, safe access to the moving location.
Washington Moving Experts is not liable for delays due to obstacles, traffic, or unpermitted parking restrictions.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due at time of service unless pre-approved in writing.
We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, or business invoicing by agreement.
6. Junk Removal & Specialty Items
We do not remove hazardous waste or illegal items.
Specialty moves (pianos, safes, oversized items) may require additional equipment or fees.
